2026 Blues Radio International Sessions at the Blues Music Awards in Memphis

Jessie Finkelstein hosts and produces the weekly Blues Radio International program. BRI broadcasts recorded and live audio programming over shortwave radio and the internet and streams recorded video sessions on demand (https://bluesradiointernational.net/).

BRI records in Memphis during the week of the annual Blues Music Awards. I met Jesse about ten years ago when he recorded R.L. Boyce for a session the year R.L. was nominated for two awards. So, it was a real treat to hang out and handle the still photography for this year's sessions May 5-7.
